Mitchell is Special Counsel at Wyatts and an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law as certified by the Law Society of NSW. Since the beginning of his career, Mitchell has practiced almost exclusively in personal injury law, and his clients all benefit from his expertise and many years of experience.
Mitchell is an expert in historical abuse claims against institutions and individuals. In 2019, he led the successful case of MC v Morris in the Supreme Court of NSW, securing a record judgment of more than $3.5 million for his client.
He has achieved exceptional results for clients who have suffered varying levels of injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents, accidents in public places or medical negligence. Mitchell has successfully resolved hundreds of cases and brings the same compassionate approach to every single client and case, working hard to help them achieve the best possible outcome.
